Elizabeth focuses her practice on complex civil litigation matters with an emphasis on business disputes, bankruptcy matters, insurance coverage, and professional liability. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lee M. Jackwig, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Iowa.
Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, where she served as the Executive Notes & Comments Editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. While in law school, Elizabeth was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Paul M. Baisier, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Georgia. Elizabeth received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina.
